SSI Petroleum is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Winter Haven, Florida location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and team members at all times.
- Communicate with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and other systems.
- Develop a strong understanding of company products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Enter and manage email orders; scan and track daily deposits; update spreadsheets as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Answer inbound and outbound calls and route them appropriately.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Assist Compliance and Dispatch Managers with various operational tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work thoroughly under time constraints.
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred; strong communication skills required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience with computerized order entry systems is a plus.
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
